European Youth Energy Forum 2022
November 19th, 2022 - November 23rd, 2022

What? The European Youth Energy Network (EYEN) is organising the very first European Youth Energy Forum. An event that connects youth, giving them an unified voice and bringing them together with the different stakeholders of the energy sector. The Forum is organised in partnership with EnR (European Network of Energy Agencies), with the sponsorship of ADENE (Portuguese Energy Agency), Pavilhão do Conhecimento and GALP.
Why? There is a lack of youth engagement at a decision level in the European energy sector, and we want to fix that.
How? We will gather 45 young Europeans from more than 20 countries to build a position paper on the role of youth in the future of the European energy transition. We are having discussion panels with experts of the energy sector in the mornings and work sessions in the afternoons. By the end of three hard-working days, we will present the position paper to relevant stakeholders and decision-makers. We’re aiming at making this an annual event, each time in a different European city, raising the voice of youth in energy more and more each year.
You can join us at the morning discussion panels, both physically or online. If you wish to join us at Pavilhão do Conhecimento, make sure to register:
