The European Youth Energy Forum (EYEF) is the flagship event of the European Youth Energy Network, with the mission to create the space for youth to voice its opinion and collaborate with energy stakeholders towards a better youth engagement in the European energy transition.
 
For this third edition of the forum, we selected 60 participants from all over Europe, who will work on a position paper with the theme: Sustainable Cities of the Future! These participants, selected based on rigorous criteria, will participate in weekly online sessions, as well as the 5-day live event in Budapest, Hungary.
 
As we prepare for EYEF 2024 in Budapest, taking place from 27 to 31 October, we invite you to help make this event a success! Donating for EYEF2024 is not just about funding an event; it’s about ensuring that young voices, those most impacted by the energy transition, have a seat at the table. The bigger picture

You’re contributing to more than an event . . . but to an ambitious endeavour of European scale, with global connections. What first started as 3-people initiative, has now flourished into a network with more than 2400 like-minded individuals, and 19 member organizations. The European Youth Energy Network. 

Committed to sustainable development and to bridging the gap between youth and decision-makers in the energy sector, the European Youth Energy Network’s founding members gathered in 2019.

EYEN’s vision is to see the European youth play a key role in shaping a fair and sustainable energy transition. To achieve this, we aim to build intergenerational trust, empower young people with the necessary knowledge and skills, and create platforms for them to take action. Our guiding principle is simple: Placing youth at the heart of the European energy transition.
