A structured approach to youth engagement
In EYEN we take very seriously our objective to empower youth to take their part in the energy sector. As EYEN we work directly on:
And this is not all of it…
Our network is mostly made of young professionals who have already experienced what it means to be at the centre of the sustainable energy transition. They are ready to share their expertise and to support new entrepreneurs in realising their own projects. What we offer is:
A space for young people with entrepreneurial spirit to develop their own activities
Knowledge and expertise in the design and execution of events and projects
Support and assistance in structuring the project scope, its timeline, the team and responsibilities while assessing the risks to be mitigated so that the project is successful

European Youth Energy Forum
The European Youth Energy Forum (EYEF) is the flagship event organised by EYEN, with the mission to create the space for youth to voice its opinion and collaborate with energy stakeholders towards a better youth engagement.
OpenPolicy Europe is the first digital hub for understanding and engaging with policy at European and Member State levels. It is a tool that allows you to get a better understanding of how the policymaking process works, who’s involved, what policies are in place where, and how you can get involved in policy making.
Energy Transition Careers Compass
The Energy Transition Careers Compass empowers youth to discover careers in the energy transition. We aim to create a participative online tool to map job roles across the energy transition job ecosystem.
