What's the European Youth Energy Forum?
EYEF is EYEN’s annual flagship event. It has been creating the space for youth to voice their opinion on the energy transition and collaborate with energy stakeholders towards concrete action.
In 2025 — we developed 6 actionable proposals ready for implementation. And again in 2026, we’re building a strong team to keep giving voice to youth and create even more engagement with energy stakeholders.

Fast & Fair Renewables (FFRes) is the Task Force that maps and connects youth-led organizations with municipalities, facilitating a meaningful public engagement of youth in energy communities, renewables and grid development projects.
🔌 Young Energy Consumers Task Force
Giving a voice to the next generation of energy conscious consumers
The Young Energy Consumers (YEC) Task Force is a project born in April 2023 to make young energy consumers more visible in EU policies. The task force creates internal knowledge on young energy consumers in Europe, with the objective to create robust and effective material to advocate for more inclusive policies.
Here are some of the forums we’ve been part of so far: Citizens’ Energy Forum (CEF), events of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH).

🌍 COP Task Force
Grow the online tool empowering youth to discover careers in the energy transition. Map job roles and skills across the energy transition in an accessible, comprehensive and inclusive way. Showcase paths beyond those traditionally associated with the energy transition and empower professionals of any age, especially youth, to embrace them. Join today in this crucial moment!
